Jade

Some kittens arrive at the café ready to take on the world—bounding into laps, chasing toys, and stealing hearts within seconds.

Jade is not one of those kittens.

At almost 9 months of age, Jade is a different kind of magic—the slow-blooming, soul-deep kind. With his soft gray tabby coat and eyes the color of polished gemstones, he looks at you as if weighing the question: Can I trust you? And when your answer—spoken through gentle hands and quiet patience—is yes, something beautiful happens. He leans in, closes his eyes, and lets you in.

Found off Humboldt Road, likely left to fend for himself, Jade has every reason to be cautious. But kindness is winning. Love is taking root. And in his own quiet way, he’s become a caretaker too—”nursing” and grooming his younger friends Tootsie and Milo like a protective big brother.

Unlike his playful companions, Jade prefers a slower pace, a softer approach, and a heart that understands the quiet joy of earning trust. And when you do, the reward is like holding a secret only the two of you share: soft purrs, steady affection, and a bond that feels unshakable.

Jade is ready for a home where love is patient, hearts are gentle, and loyalty is forever. Could yours be the one?
